Not just for Christmas

Yes I know I'm mad and it's only August but I've already had a few of my ladies buy their Christmas stamps, so I thought I had better do the same and make up some cards to show off
how versatile this stamp set is.
the stamp set is Season Of Joy (cat no. 110384) and can be used all year round and not just for Christmas by changing the the colours of the flowers and the wording you would have a lovely
card for any occasion The swirl stamp is the same it looks so elegant and can be used on all sorts of projects, and the word block once stamped can be cut up into individual words or just part of the stamp inked up using the stampin' up ! markers. I'm having so much fun with this set I think I'll end up with far more cards than I need .

This is one of the other Christmas card I have made from this set.I stamped the wording and swirl in Versamark ink. Then embossed with gold embossing powder very simple but just looks so classic. The card stock I used for this was Real red and Handsome Hunter

Happy Stampin'

This was the card I made for the Peterborough field trip swap.

At which I meet some very talented ladies even if the evening was slightly delayed by the ever so lovely eye candy provided by the local fire brigade:-)

I love the colour combination of this card . it was inspired by my cousin's wedding.

Her bridesmaid's wore chocolate coloured dresses(UM..... my favourite colour)

With lots of couples living together before the big day its sometimes difficult to decide what to buy them, so giving a gift card can be a good option.

in the picture shown above it is slipped inside the card holder on the front of the card.

The second card was the same idea but on the theme of a congratulations card, giving it to some one going off to university. But with a phone card in it so that they would have no excuse for not phoning home.
